If you have not read Step 1, go back to that and read it. To complete this step first you must have the trucks, look at the page that says how/where to buy the trucks.
For this step, you must line the trucks up with the center line on the deck. Draw lines to mach the holes of the trucks on the deck.
Make sure the truck is not too close to the middle and not too close to the end. Take the drill and get the right drill bit according to the size of the hardware, and drill right where those lines were drawn. Again, wear long sleeve shirts, gloves, and a surgical mask, for protection against the fiberglass dust. After drilling, move on to step 4, grip tape.
